Zombie Apocalypse Show isn't Real Enough (The Walking Dead on AMC)

The writers probably don't even know who they killed yet...

 

They killed the show I know that. ZzZzZz

 

I think they know who died, and I would guess they have already shot that scene to completion (judging by all the reactions in interviews before it aired). I think the decision to make it a cliff hanger was made recently because the show seems to be giving into these gimmicks this season. This is the first season in a while that a main character didn't die(and I don't count Jesse, her stupid kids, Denise, or any one who hasn't been on the show longer than 2-3 seasons as 'main'). Maybe they widdled down the core group too small for TV? It's the highest rated show on television, why bother with this stunt trying to gain more? This is how you lose them. I will keep watching, but I'll probably spend more time browsing tacomaworld while it is playing in the background instead of actually paying attention.

 

I think it's still a great show. Regardless of who died, it will be interesting to watch next season.

 

I think they had more people in the woods at every roadblock!

 

When Rick had the first confrontation they talked about the last day on earth and the guy seems to say someone in the RV will be history. When Eugene gave the recipe to Rick he says that Abraham will show the location to make them. I think that Maggie or Eugene got it but then I am like everyone else and just have a theory.

First road block..blown opp. They should have built a two - three person snipers nest in the upper tier of the RV...and a rabbit hatch in bottom. With two guys under, that would have given them 5 drops on Ricks signal.. but nooo, they wanted to to play baseball without a catchers mit...

It's gotta be Glenn or Daryl. I don't think anyone else's death would have much of an impact. So my guess has to be Glenn. It will give Maggie a new developing story line.

 

It's not going to be a random character that they just tried to force sympathy for in the last 2 eps. If they did happen to go that route, it would be Abe since they spent majority of the season trying to make us like him with his witty one-liners. Given the context of the scene vs. the book it played out very much the same, even the lines that you can hear from Negan and according to slowed down audio the person being beaten, so the person should be pretty obvious. The show runner or creator (not really sure the difference) also came out and said Daryl truly is untouchable since he basically became the face of the franchise and mentioned the app game that he is the cover of. Could be a smoke screen, but who knows...

It was probably a 12th man we didn't see kneeled down with the group who was CG'd in last minute so they could pass it off and have none of the group killed. They hinted at it a bit with the 2 random guys they tortured/killed at the various road blocks. The Saviors clearly don't know who is a part of Rick's group and who isn't...

 

Daryl and carrol both need to get put on latrine duty for going all lone wolf...

 

I don't know why they would have bothered with having the semi cliffhanger of Daryl getting shot " you'll be OK " scene to just never go back to that and then kill him off the next episode

 

I also don't understand why people judge the show or season based on how many main characters have died

 

This. If they killed people half as fast as some want I bet we'd be on our 2nd-3rd casr

 

Watching season finale.

 

That's what the show was known for. It used to kill anyone at anytime(like t dogg)but now it's predictable and everyone is seemingly safe if a fan likes their Facebook page.

I'm bias bc I've read the books and know what should happen but I'm glad they don't because it keeps me engaged since they like to do their own thing, but the first few seasons were much better when you never knew if someone you liked would become zombie chow or not
