    well They might have been "alive" trying to escape/cross the bridge, when the oceanside group dumped the sand on them, then they suffocated and died turning into walkers in the sand getting desicated...once Tara pulled the dufflebag it caused the sand avalanche releasing the dead/newly mumified walkers.

    FTWD was actually pretty damn good and got rid of an annoying son much earlier in it's time span. The Passage minis have been great as well. Really looking forward to the continuation of the FTWD storyline at the US/Mexico border.

    The Tara episode was good, and for me it was due to lack of depressing atmosphere. The group Tara found went through bad times, but it appeared that it has been quite a while since they established this new community. Things were going pretty well for them now, abundance of food and lots of weaponry.

    The only thing that I didn't get is why don't people just kill walkers on sight? As Tara strolled along the bridge with the spear, she could have just plugged one by one as she walked along. It would have made things much safer and easier. Plus she had a weapon with reach so it's not like she would be in close proximity of being clutched, taken down and overwhelmed.

    So first rule of being in a zombie apocalypse, take out any zombie on sight to thin the overall numbers. No need to leave one for it to find you or some other survivor later to add to the walking dead.
