Zombie Apocalypse Show isn't Real Enough (The Walking Dead on AMC)

So it doesn't matter if you get fkd up by a zombie if you die you turn ? What about the guys they shot at the bar they didn't turn or the ones in the field after

 

The guys in the bar were shot in the head destroying the brain

 

would have been better to have Dale come back all hollow and such... See how much he thinks of humanity and civilization as he eats people!

As for the influx of walkers, I think they alluded to that with the opening scene. it's like they were doing daily rounds around the property, killing stray walkers. then the talk about all the cows on the property was like "ringing a dinner bell" etc, and why they were all moving into the house. there's a metric butt-ton of humans out there, if this thing is airborne, and only a brain injury kills it (or fire, burnt brains), then the whole population will be milling about making squashed squash sounds sooner or later.

The zombies key in on a sound. Like a gun-shot. They only have one thing on their mind so if they hear a noise, the probably think it's food and walk toward it and don't stop until they find the food. If one of them sees one walking they will follow him and so on an so forth, thus creating the heard. Maybe they have some sort of zombie language??

Everyone becomes a zombie when you die, unless you die of severe brain trauma; blunt force, gunshot, gerber axe, arrow..... That's why the guys at the bar didn't turn, Rick shot them in the head, if there's no brain the virus or whatever can't work. It's either something in the air or the water.

Loved seeing Shane finally die, and it was great to see Carl pulling the trigger just like in the comic, even though he was already a zombie.

Next week is gonna be sweet!!!

Maybe, but that looked like one big heard in the end scene.

 

I think the virus is airborne and lays dormant until you die. The camera focused on the steam rising out of Shane's body after Rick killed him. Could have simply been steam from the warm flesh exposed to the cold, but there was no breath vapor when Rick and Shane were talking it up.

Loved how they panned out to a wide angle view with the full moon and fog. That was pretty epic and reminded me of old samurai films.

 

I still thought the virus cause a major fever? or at least that is what they wanted you to believe early on.

 

It does, when you get bit. The fever is a result of the massive infection from the zombie bite.

 

Just like in a comic. Great scene.

 

Sucked that Shane had to go, but it was a long time coming between him and Rick.

Did anyone mention the other group of survivors that Randall was with yet? Maybe next season they will be confronted by them as they are trying to fight off and escape the hordes of zombies.

Also, what happened to Morgan and Daryl's brother? Rick stopped sending out his transmission to Morgan (unless I missed something) and Daryl's brother is just gone. Next season will definitely be interesting.

 

Never thought they would kill off Shane, not yet anyway. He was a great source of conflict and drama for the group.

 

I still don't think the virus is airborne. Shane got infected when he was on the bus and he cut his hand open. He let the zombies lick his wound so he could stab them. idk i could be wrong. I think shane was fighting it for the last two episodes. I hope they are not all infected cuz that would be dumb.

 

Why would it be dumb if they were all infected but don't turn till they are dead ?

Would they not then truly be " The Walking Dead " ?

 

I wonder if Daryl's brother is with the other group. Wouldnt suprise me if he was.

Idk, i think that would make it kinda hopeless. That it would mean they could never win because it would be an endless chain. Unless like others have said that the unborn baby is the cure. But like I said it would suck cuz then if you die of natural causes you need someone there to smash your head in. lol
