    Annnnnd the clusterfuck continues....
    Deaver gave me one wrong bushing, so one leaf can't be installed
    And 4 wheel parts sold me rear shocks that are 3" too short at full droop.

    I assume the shocks can't be the limiting factor in down travel...

    The j66 pack. It's beautiful. The stock was a two leaf and went fully negative arch when jacking it up.
    Be careful with your shocks though! It gives you 1.5" lift, partly through the thickness of it- the king 2.5" that are available do not fit this setup. At full droop they're about 2" too short :/ I figure I'm not gonna be jumpin it any time soon so ill be okay but i hate knowing the shocks are the limiting factor on the axle.

    If you're not running constant weight in the rear, go for Deaver. Otherwise the all pro expo pack, which needs about 500 lbs constant to ride well.

    Coilovers adjusted. Learned a hard lesson.
    If you get kings & need to adjust, it says you must remove from the mount & put it in a vice to adjust it. (2.5 turns is .5")
    DISCONNECT THE TAPER BOLT FROM THE UCA. Then swing the uca way up outta the way- the coilover will not come out by any other means whatsoever. It'll get close, but you'll just smash your fingers & scuff up the shiny parts. Do NOT remove the top portion of the taper bolt that goes through the UCA uniball. You'll never get that uniball to rotate at the right angle & just fuck up the uniball.
    Hold the bottom shock mount in a vice, but stick an Allen in the top mounting plate Allen to keep the head from rotating the shaft in the bottom mount. The instructions do not mention this for some stupid fuckin reason, but if you don't keep the top plate and bottom shock mount aligned while cranking the spring down, you'll take five times as long to crank it down and spend a half hour confused & angry as to why the shock won't line back up into the truck.
    Pics to follow all these instructions soon.
    Once I figured all this out, I got one side totally done in 30 minutes. Learning that process took 4.5 hours.

    I looked em up & they are a bit cheaper.. But how's the warranty? I mean I assume they'll hold up better than stock tires but I've fuckin destroyed them at 15,000 miles... I usually wind up using those ripped sidewall warranties from Americas tire.
    Considering going to the Goodyear down the road from me cause they offer some deal with alignment plus tires & I need em both. I also need nearly 2K to finish this project haha
