Fog light idea

I'm getting ready to add some off-road lights to my brushguard, however, while I'm at wiring it all up I want to add some fog lights.

I've had an idea for quite some time and was wondering if anyone knew of anything that was already available.

Check out the fog light "hole" on the 4Runner below. I was wondering if someone had ever come across an integrated Tacoma turn signal/fog light unit. I'm not really wanting to buy a whole new lower valance that has an integrated fog light hole.

I'm not necessarily opposed to knocking a hole in mine to add fog lights, but was curious as to what else was out there.

 

I think Ive seen some small round ones on some members' trucks.
Trying digging around..I randomly saw them when researching foglights for my 01tacoma.
