Hey Matt I was wondering how you like the 4" Maxtrac Spindles. What are the negatives to them? I want to set my truck up with a mid-travel set up but I wan't a little more lift than just 3 inches. I am not a fan of DB suspensions and I just don't want to commit to a LT set up. This seems like it can be my solution. If you could do it all over would you do the same suspension set up?

Damn it! I thought that was the case but I thought his truck was a 4X4. I didn't notice that he had a prerunner. O well!

I am not in a rush and I am not set on a budget yet. I want function over anything and want to be able to wheel pretty hard 5-6 times a year. With that being said it eliminates DB lifts cause I don't want to lose clearance and don't want to chop my cross member. Long Travel is way to advanced for a truck that has 7000 miles. So I am think I am going to go with a mid travel set up. I have the baja so it isn't too bad as it. Once I take it out a few times if I find my self wanting more I am going set up a plan.

Check out this thread it is full of people in the same place I am.

my vote goes to total chaos ucas, (get some new braided steel brake lines), icon extended travel coilovers with resi, icon rear shocks with resi, all pro expo leaf springs, u bolt flip kit, wheelers superbumps, and for tires id go with 255/85/16 it 80/17 depending on your wheel size if you want a 33, if 35's i say goodyear mt/r's

Yeah that seems to be the way to go. I just want to make sure my truck looks bigger than it does now. I don't want to spend $3000 on a suspension to make my truck 1" taller. It is already 2" over stock with the Baja setup. I want it to be obviously Bigger than stock.
