Yeah I've looked into a few helper springs never airbags though. Your shop sounds a lot like mine :D for the bolts a breaker bar helps so much! My dad was a mechanic and has all kinds of tools and cool tricks he shows me

Haha yeah, but that's nice your dad has all that know-how, my dad has some and hes taught me a lot, just not much about working on vehicles. I've learned the hard way with many things. I have a 1/2" socket breaker bar by my grandmas that hasn't been used in who knows when, then I'll borrow a friends torque wrench and air wrench hopefully

My parents have no mechanical ability. Our trailblazer heater fan went out and instead of fixing it they thought it was done forever and the next thing I knew they came home with a 2013 Grand Cherokee. Junk, they don't make jeeps like they used to :(

Ohh, wow, yeah some people just don't have the knowledge or want to work on their vehicles, but that's how the automotive shops stay in business. And yeah, jeeps aren't as good as they were,

That sucks cause its not a hard fix. The new wranglers aren't near the same as what they were I didn't know the Cherokees were to. Its a shame at least Tacoma's are still good trucks

Hmm, they are good, but toyota really needs to put the same effort into the tacoma as they do their other vehicles. They just keep taking stuff away from the tacoma and the other vehicles(ones with competition) have much better interior and options

And I also put an LED next to the aux port I put in so I could find it at night easier:

Thanks, I had to take the visor off too, snow would build up under it, then freeze under it. I had a chunk of ice under it and I figured that could get bad quick

Is that led just on the dash? And with the visor yeah that could get bad quick. Is your truck a v6?

Well yes, that whole silver part with radio slides out and there is a bunch of space behind there. I drilled a hole for the aux input and it wasn't going to work, so I was like shit, but then I figured I could just put a 5mm led in the bad hole to fill it up and drilled a new one above the led for the input. Came out good and yes V6

Hmm, possibly small stuff like amber LED drl in lower bumper, aux reverse lights, extra air horn maybe ooga horn, grille lights, lock LEDs, foot well LEDs, and a bunch more of that. Bigger things would be lift, I already have bilstein 5100s and 1/4" spacers and new muffler or cat back

Thanks, I'll check that out! I knew nothing before I got my truck and have been learning slowly I guess and now I understand a decent amount, but only basics

Just installed my grille lights, will add pics and info to first build post. Took a little work, but it looks awesome and I don't mind the work

The work is always worth it when it comes out right. If you try something different with trial and error then it becomes a pain in the ass and redundant, lol.

Very true, I got it right the first time pretty much, so I didn't get too frustrated
