2011 DOUBLE CAB 4X4 LONG BED SR5 SPORT
Old Man Emu 3" lift/level kit w/ Dakar Leaf Springs, Husky floor mats, heavy duty horse stale mat cut to fit truck bed, goodyear All-Terrain wrangler, Maglite mod holder on driver seat, Magnaflow 18" muffler, mounted fire extinguisher, shovel, and ax in bed. Consel vault, grillcraft grill w/ relocation of horns, debadged, backup lights, Best Top Super Topper.
Awesome truck! A few questions for you:

On your URD Full 3 Inch Piping Exhaust with Magnaflow, I looked it up on URD and they say its not for a dbl cab long bed. What did you do for this? And did you upgrade to the URD Y-pipe? Pretty much if you did it over would you do anything different and or would you add headers to this system?

Also on your OBA, does you 2.5Gal tank able to keep up. As in, if I wanted to hook up a system like yours and run an impact gun and other air tools would this tank do the job or would it be worth getting a bigger tank? And If I decided to get some train horns, do you think this system would put out enough air to do that?

I've read a few posts that the Wet Okoles are awesome covers but have terrible stiching and the seams dont hold together very long. Is this true?

    Thank You!

Well I really didnt notice this until a month later but I just had an exhaust shop weld a 13 inch piece of 3 inch tubing and made them install it and had a extra hanger put on. I have stock headers and Y pipe because I need to still pass smog and once I put shit on I really dont like to take it back off unless im going to upgrade.

You would definitly need a much bigger tank to realistically run air tools. But between the pressure build ups you probably could do a few lugnuts. It would be plenty to do train horns, but those are coming later:).

On the Wet Okoles, its been about 2 years and they are fantastic they fit perfect they are not wearing at all and the seams are perfect. I dont really think they are terrible at all.

Oh new update, going to slap this on this summer. Still need glass axles new coilovers casue these ones come in contact with the CV shafts(Heres and the issues, when it was new, apparently Im the 3rd owner with origional uniballs, new bushings, Uniballs, and mis-alignment spacers.

    Hi ktmrider,

Did you install the URD pulley at the same time as the S/C or later? and how noticeable was the gain from the pulley?

I have the TRD supercharger on and my intake should be here tomorrow, a local shop recommended a URD fuel pump kit and the URD pulley.

    Thanks!

I installed it after and havent had any tuning or fuel upgrades. I probably should do something, but I have used my truck for towing and have not had any predetonitaion. I cant really compare my truck before the pulley, but my parents have the same truck with just the TRD SC and it is quite a noticeable difference between the two trucks. If you lay it down with mine you get thrown back in the seat pretty well, and just not as much in the other.

Can't wait for the LT to be installed. I don't remember if I saw it or not but is it being taken to a shop to get installed or are you doing it yourself? If you're doing it yourself let me know if you need a hand and I'd be glad to help out.

Thanks man, Im having a shop build a bumper and do the gussets and I figured I would let them do the install as well. We are just waiting on glassworks but if they dont show up today or tomorrow at the latest, the build is going to be pushed out until the week of the 13th.
