leveled Reg. cab on TRD 20's.. need help

hey guys.. new here, first post.. just traded my 07 HEMI for a 07 regular cab taco, 2wd, manual.. the guy leveled it and thats it for suspension as far as i know.







im back and forth on the TRD 20's he put on there.. they look too big for the truck.. if it was a 4 door, then ya... but right now it looks like a cutlass with a lift on it and trying to clear 24's..

so basically i need some opinions..

-keep the twentys, and have them powder coated black?
-sell them, and get some 17's or 18's and wrap em in some A/T;s or M/T's?

i am stuck.. plus, i have no idea what i can fit under a leveled 2wd.. some help there would be awesome.. i tried and tried searching for a wheel/tire thread on here.. or anything to give me suggested wheel/tire specs.. but no luck..

Sell them and put some 265's on it. If it's lifted 3" then you can fit 285's but there really ain't no reason if you aren't going to wheel it.

 

Agree those are good looking wheels but seem to big on a reg cab. Definitely go with a smaller wheel and bigger tire.

 

18s will look fly. You shouldn't have a problem getting rid of those wheels on here or craigslist.

 

Sell em, get some 16 or 17 inch wheels with a 32 or 33 inch tire. Much better looking IMO. For instance, I have 255/85/16 tires, which is a tall 33, on my regular cab.

 

I would stick between 16-18'' wheels and 265s if you dont plan on lifting it any more. It'd look a lot better.

 

ya im glad everyone agrees with me.. im still back and forth on just powdercoating them..

being that its a reg cab, i dont kno that i will go any higher with the truck.. maybe another 2 inches down the road.. but if i do go with with 18's, what am i looking at for tire size to fit under the current set up?

does a leveing kit fit 33's?
