    Hey Mike,

I've looked at your build thread before. I like your setup and yours is one of my favorites.

    Thanks!

Rob, I'll gladly post some pics when I get it done, but my plan is to wait until Spring when I put my TRD (fake) beadlocks on with 265/75 16s. I thought I would get the whole shebang done at once when the weather clears up.

I do have a pic of one of the TW members that did the 1.75 with stock tires on an off-road. That way you can at least see what a stock OR looks like lifted.

    Here's the link: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/suspension/62879-billies-5100-1-75-lift-very-happy.html

    Hope that helps out...

I say go for it billies at 2.5 wheel spacers 285s rear tsb don't need anything else unless you see it needs it I.e diff drop carrier bearing etc.

    You're welcome, Rob.

The more pics you see the easier your decision will be. And there are pics of every conceivable setup on TW if you dig deep enough. These guys are great.

Make sure and post your pics as well.

Spacers are not an option for me. I want to stay away from them after reading many issues about them in here.

wheel spacers completely different thing. These space your wheels out so you can clear 285s on stock wheels. Research spidertrax, many members have them

Got it! Sorry but I am learning the lingo on all this shit and I must say that I blame this damned forum for giving me the itch to add more shit to my truck :)

When I saw the word spacers, I thought you meant the spacers that come with the lift....i am not feeling well today. sorry :(

    To summarize,

add the 5100 billies all around? I have the tsb already. add spidertrax in order to allow me to add the 285s to the stock rims and I can be bad ass like the rest of you guys? :)

What setting on the front? and what would this be considered? 2.5 lift? 3"?

honestly OP i saw a truck last night that looks exactly the same as yours, but all the guy did was put in the billy's to level it out and put on new 17inch atx black wheels (artillery i think) and it looked great. Gave it the level stance and new wheels make anything look better and he prob doesn't have vibes since it was a slight lift and same size tires...Def route i'm going when i get a second (or third) gen in the future
