    OP

You have mentioned the value of your truck and saving money in this thread. Not only will you not recover a single dollar from adding your locker(s) you will knock several thousand in value off your truck. As previously mentioned, if you know you are going to keep your truck forever and want the locker(s) then who cares, but if you are concerned with value of your truck for future resale you're killing yourself with aftermarket locker(s). There's no way I would be doing that to a 2011!

Whoah, hold on a minute. Listen to David and don't make a hasty decision. If you mod it before the warranty is up, you lose that safety net (and most likely on the ENTIRE drivetrain), and you lose quite a bit of value if it is still not what you want.

Your truck has to be stock to sell as Certified Pre-Owned, and you can typically get more on trade-in that way. Used vehicles are valuable right now. I just got $19.5K on a 2009 base 2WD DCSB that I paid $21.5K for new, and it had 45K miles and zero options (I had to give them the original suck-ass radio though, my only real mod). Things may be a little different in your area, although if the local dealer has what you want in stock it doesn't hurt to go in and see what kind of deal they are willing to work up before you decide to go modding a nearly new truck.
