Since I bought my truck on Monday, I've been doing various small fixes and mods to it, most of which many of you are familiar with, but for those of you that aren't I wanted to provide you with some links.

Here's a link to an "Anytime locker mod", that only requires adding one wire! I did this in about 20 minutes two days ago, and works great! We had the first snow of the year yesterday, with the anytime locker I had a blast.

The only thing I'd like to add to the write up: For my new switch, I went to the junkyard, and pulled a factory foglight switch off of a wrecked truck, and put it in place of one of my empty switch slots on my truck, to the left of the steering wheel. The yard didn't even charge me for the switch, and it looks factory! You'll need to take the pigtail for the switch too (don't unplug the switch, cut the wires). When wiring in the switch, it's as easy as taking a grounded wire (I grounded it to the bolt right behind the fuse box), to the 2nd wire down on the switch pig tail (there are 4 vertical wires on the pigtail). Take the wire you added to the panel behind your glove box, and run it to the top wire on the pigtail. That's it, and you get a factory look.
Took me a little searching to find this, hoping this helps some of you out!

2nd, I did the DRL mod on my truck. If you're not familiar, this is the mod that illuminates the 2nd filament in your turn signal bulbs, when you turn your light switch to the middle position. To do this, head back to the junkyard, and grab yourself a pigtail for the rear tailights(I cut a taillight pigtail out), or any harness really, that has the same metal "pins" inside it as your turn signal pig tail. Then it's simply pulling out on of the clips out of the new pigtail, by pulling on the wire behind it with pliers, and inserting this pin into the third, unused hole on your turn signal plug. The, just run that wire over to your corner light pigtail, and splice it into the green wire. Now, your turn signal lamps will turn on when you turn on your running lights. Turn signals still work as factory.
I pulled the bulbs out of the corner lights myself, as I like the look of just the turn signal bulbs on, but that's just me.
    Hope that helps!

Thirdly, my overhead console wasn't working, and apparently it's a common problem. This fixed it!

    Also, locking center console mod:

Lastly, my key fob from the dealer I bought the truck from wasn't working, and the Toyota dealership wanted $80 to re-program it! I did it myself in my driveway in 5 minutes with this sequence:

Hope these were helpful to someone! If not and everyone knows all these already... I'll put myself in the corner and drink quietly
