hella lights behind grille

anyone have any pictures with hella lights behind grille? is it hard to install? any pics of installation?

 

Go look at your radiator support you will see 2 holes that are already drilled. You can just get the correct size bolt drop it through and toss the Hella's on.

Thats one of the most popular ways on how to mount those lights.

do lights behind the grill (in front of radiator) cause the truck to run hotter? does it block airflow enough to cause a problem in hot climates?

 

Anyone know if you can fit 4x hella 500's back there? Everyone that has 2 it looks like there's enough room for 2 more if you did it right.

 

I've driven mine in 105 degree heat for about 1 1/2 hours and didn't see any change in temp. My grille material is also perforated and the holes are a bit on the smaller side, the grillcraft openings are bigger than mine just for reference.

Not sure if you can do 4 or not, I haven't seen it yet. I wanted to do 3 but then I realized there is the hood latch support that goes down the center so I didn't want to bother messing with that.
