TRD Cat back Exhaust, Leer Shell, BHLM, Satoshi Grill

i know it's been seen a thousand times before, but it's getting dark here, and i'd like to finish up before it gets too late
My questions are these: does the entire headlight assembly go into the oven?
what do i take out? bulbs? screws?
oven is preheated at 300. just not sure what to do after i take the assembly out of the housing.
