debadging the tacoma

what did you use to debadge the tacoma? and what can you use to get rid of the stains that was is sitting behine the emblems?

Hair dryer and fishline like stated in the write up and for the exess glue I used wd40 .... came off clean =)

 

As far dealing with stains or fading behind the emblems, I think the only thing you can do is repaint it. I debaged mine when it had 1k miles on it or so...so there wasn't any fading to speak of.

i took mine off in the summer with just fishin line. after bakin in the sun they came off fairly easy. used some bug and tar remover to clean off the glue left behind then once good and clean waxed over the area where the badges were .
