check engine light keeps coming on?

    00" 4runner 2.7l
    I have a 2000 4runner and the check engine light keeps coming on. the codes that come up are p0300 and p0301, its a random misfire and misfire on cyl. 1. i changed the plugs and wires swapped the coils to see if codes would change and put new injectors in and it keeps coming on. im just looking for some direction to go and what to check next. any suggestions?:confused: oh and its the 2.7l 4cyl. 4x4
