Yeah, I got a buyer for my complete lift and found a good deal on some 32's, so I'm pretty sure I'm going for it. I just don't want to dump money into my 3rd gen only to sell it for a wheeler or truck in a few years. I just want a dedicated wheeler.

Haha, mint...am I really supposed to believe that? What happened to $200 plus skids being reasonable? :D

it is reasonable just not to me lol actually you better off selling it to someone else because im not wheeling that much now either. it'll be a waste. i kina changed the direction of modding, instead of making it more capable now im trying to make it nicer to drive. zackattack and gottabetrd's build threads are not helping either

I remember you saying you've always wanted a 1st gen a year ago or so. Get what you want man. Just make sure it's BA.

Oh and you said scratches? That takes $75 off. Sounds like $125 + stock skids is more like it.

Eric, you know anyone with $125 and some stock skids that is looking for a Budbuilt :D

Haha that is what I'd rather do with a 3rd gen. They are nice riding vehicles inherently and it doesn't make sense to mod it to hell only to spend more money to make ride nicer. Rather go with 32's and a 1" lift. Plenty capable and nice riding. Zackattacks build is sweet.

Yeah I was actually looking for a 1st gen right before my daughter was known about. Once we found out she was coming I had to switch gens since 2 doors suck with car seats. Trust me I plan on building it up for a long time and straight axling it at some point. Most likely ORI's and a toy axle at first, but who knows.

Yeah I don't enjoy driving my 4runner all that much since the caster is all off and I get crazy shaking in the steering wheel.

mine drives like a dream in a straight line, but one little corner and its like a life decision, one time i hit a long slight curve on a high way doing about 85 i thought i was gonna die because the truck's body literally had a 35 degree lean

CDC or standard resi? I really wanted the CDC, but they are a bit pricey.

Just the standard resi. CDC would be awesome but I'll wait until I do some 14 inch ICONs at all 4 corners

Lift, 32" Duratracs, sliders, LED light bar, interior LEDs, sweet tunes & sub, OBA, sliders, TRD 16" 6 spoke wheels, CB, HID spotlights, electrical mods, etc.
Those look awesome. I was gonna run 5160's but couldn't justify the extra price for resis. There's tons of prerunning to do in Philly
