Hidden front winch mounting needed

    I would like to know if there is anyone that knows of a PROFESSIONAL that works in the vicinity of Richmond VA that can "professionally" mount a front winch behind the bumper with minimum cosmetic modifications. :confused:
    I have seen several photos posted here of such installations but cannot locate the sources (newby to site). Thanks for any input. Munch...
