reg cab 4x4 taco lift and tires?

this is my first post on this site and I just had a few questions. first off my truck is an 07 reg cab 4x4 rockin the 2.7 5spd and I love it, however I do want to personalize it just like most 20 year olds do with their vehicles. I know I want to lift it but more specifically a mild lift something like a 2 or 3 inch and I need some suggestions on what lifts are out there like that? and I also know im gonna replace the steel rims with dick cepek torques what size tires do you guys recommend for a mild lift that im gonna do? I am pretty new to the whole forum thing and also this is my first Tacoma so please don't hesitate to school my ass! thanks

I painted my steel rims and put a set of Goodyear Duratracs on

and what a difference it made. ( Check out my photos )

The only expense was for the tires, The rims painting rand me

about 20 bucks and a few hours labor.
