First off I have searched and searched and cannot come up with a thread that fits the problem I am having.

What's happening? My blinkers, left and right always flash fast, all the bulbs work properly.

It all started when the RF bulb when out, I replaced the bulb, all was good and about a week later it stopped working again. This time the bulb was still good though. Checked the connector and it was all corroded. So at this point I decided to eliminate the bumper turn signals and move them to the corner lamps.

At this point I have 2 leds in the lower bumper fascia as my marker lamps and the turn signals are now in the corners and utilizing 194 amber bulbs. They flash fast left and right, all turn signals are standard bulbs, the only leds are the marker lights. I have tried to wire in a set of 3157's with the 194's and they still flash fast.

Suggestions or any other questions please let me know. I want the blinkers to flash normal again.

    Thanks, Matt

Thanks, I will give it a try today. Looks like I can get one from Napa for $10.52

Got the EP35 flasher relay in..... still flashing fast left and right. Checked all the lamps again and all are working. Should I try changing the corner bulbs out to a 921 bulb instead of the 194's??

On the positive side the new flasher relay is quieter than the factory one.....

I have no idea - you may want to chat with TejasYota who posted that article, or put in a post in that thread to see what those guys say. I just recalled seeing something like that before. Wish I could be more help!

I had a similar issue and needed an led resistor to solve it. Wired it in-line with each corner lens bulb

Do you recall how many ohms your resistors are? 100 ohm 2 watt or....?

I would just let it fly but the fast blink drives me crazy.

TIPICOTACO, were the scotch locks temporary? They will corrode eventually if you don't do something different from my experience.
