Gotcha. I haven't tried it to be honest. I just noticed it was grayed out on the source screen.

It stays grayed out until you plug something into it. I just checked and it works. Oh, the XM cable also works. It is tough to plug into the factory plug, but it all plugs in and works great! Everything is working now!

Good deal! I'm just waiting for the USB interface cable that goes in the back of the HU. It better be this week! My XM expansion box came with the right adapter for the antennae. I mounted to the head unit and plugged it up. It worked right away.

Where did you get the XM expansion box from?

Hey, I have been reading a lot today, so please help me out. I have a 2012 with XM, Bluetooth, USB and aux port, hands free buttons on steering wheel, and a manual transmission. When I purchased the truck Nav was not available with a manual, only automatic.

My radio looks like the one spiralout462 posted in post 30 of this thread.

If I buy the 2014 Nav/entune HU and XM adaptor from FLTrucks in this thread:

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n.../298745-oem-2014-tacoma-navigation-radio.html

I need to also get the following

    PT546-00120-CH 28 pin conversion harness
    http://parts.camelbacktoyota.com/pa...o&PartID=1136691&siteid=214329&catalogid=5510

    USB Conversion Cable:
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/161444026232

    5 pin adapter:
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/181308235500

And an antenna adapter from crutchfield Which I need a link for.

Now, with the exception of the antenna adapter, is all that stuff in this Scion kit?
    http://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Toyota-PT546-00142-Audio-Harness/dp/B00O59WLRW#productDetails

So a HU, XM Adapter, the scion kit, and an antenna adapter will get me working?

    Thanks for the help!

OP...now that you have a few months with it, I was wondering - do you use iPod or iPhone plugged into USB, and what is the performance like for you? Any bugs with lockup or music tracks not matching display...anything like that?

I've got a stock 2014 and I have those issues. I'm wondering if I need an aftermarket solution to make my stock Entune work properly.

I know this is on older thread, but have all you guys that have installed a 14 entune radio used a radio purchased from FLTrucks or have some of you used a take out from else where? I found one in my local Craigslist and am not 100% sure what all connectors/adaptors/modules I need. thanks
