The same shit everyone else has.
Loosening the 2 cam bolts on the lower control arm bolts will work and make it alot easier. Just mark the location of the cam bolts.

I did this when I first installed the 5100s. The biggest problem I had was realigning the cam bolts because of the amount of torque it took to spin them back into place.

What is the torque rating for those bolts? So basically I put a paint line on the bolt and washer and just loosen the bolts causing the lower control arm to move down... I have a breaker bar but I just want to make sure I don't do any damage to the bushings or bolts. You guys have been very helpful

Is the Rancho kit adjustable? I saw where it lifts 3" according to their site Would be good if you could adjust it from say 0-3"

^No. The amount of lift varies depending on the strut model. The one for the Tacoma is fixed at 2" lift.

The damping is adjustable with the knob at the bottom, though I'm not sure how much of a change it actually gives when driving off-road.

Make sure the paint line extends to the frame. The washer may very well spin with the bolt when you turn it. Torque spec is 100 ft-lb.

Careful not to rip your brake lines though

Here it is finally installed. The 1/2 inch is definitely noticeable but not drastic. Overall I am very happy I went this route and the truck looks much better with less rake. Thanks for all help.

I put the rancho quicklift on my 2012 sport. I love it. Rides smooth and easy install. However, the front end is still about 1/4 inch lower than the rear. I really like the front end higher look, and was thinking about adding a the 1/4 toytec spacer on top of the quicklift... Think any problems would become of that?

Looks great! First you said they were the 1/4" spacer, but on your profile it says 1/2"? Could you link me which one it is you installed? Thanks!

It's a 1/4 spacer that provides 1/2 of lift. There is also a 3/8 spacer that provides 3/4 of lift but that requires longer studs to be installed but my 1/4 spacer used the factory studs.
