Anyone tried to put speakers in 2009 rear door panels in access cab?

What if the wires and connector are not there? My 2009 door panels are not cutout for speakers and behind the panel the wires do not exist. I'm sure others have had this problem?

Well what is the point of the Fader on the stereo control? I want sound all around me. Others on different threads say rear speakers do improve sound.

Some of the stero shops I checked with around here want to mount the speakers to the plastic panel, I gave them this wolf stare and said no thanks.
