    If you are going to have to trim I would just go this route. Wiring is simple man, esp when you buy a plug and play harness. Shit you can send me the harness, I'll solder up what I can and you can do the rest. Think I had mine in, in under 3 hours, and I am a wiring NAZI.

    It would be the exact one I showed you in the picture.

    Its off my 2013 quad cab tacoma.

    I would have to see if I can get the 2014 with navigation first.

    You'd have to figure out if my 2013 head unit fits in yours though.

    Ill upload pictures of the back end of it in the next few minutes.

    Actually the more i look into it I don't think a 2013 will fit a '10. Unless anyone can say different?

    I saw it one of these threads, dont remember which one.

    I may be wrong..
