I just need to stay off of this thread, it's making me so :jellydance: haha

How hard was that trail leading to the waterfall beside the house. I've seen some people advertise it as challenging.

Hmm, okay. Cool! A friend of mine had pictures of him and some others on that trail. They used a stock F150 4x4 to get there too. From what he said, it was pretty sketchy haha

Its not bad at all. Plus you can drive to the waterfall if you want without doing the "bad" part.

I think its all hype due to the fact there are a LOT of idiot drivers there. The roads are packed with people who don't know where they are and in vehicles they don't know how to drive (rentals) or in vehicles that should probably not be on the roads. So its no surprise to me that Black Bear pass kills a person a year or whatever. Just a bunch of bad drivers.

we did The Steps(hardest part) in the rain which your not supposed to. Still wasn't bad IMO.

I personally thought Morrison was much more sketchy and even it wasn't that bad save for one or two corners.

Any of you driven Lippincott Road in Death Valley? Reason I ask is I am wondering if that Colorado Pass was sketchier.
