Please feel free to add dynos of your N/A vehicle and include and supporting mods (Size of tires as well since many here have lifts).

My kind of thread. :D FYI I have given rides to the SA crew and all say they like my trucks power.

memario1214 07-17-2012 06:58 PM

:D I like this

Torspd 07-17-2012 07:04 PM

I am glad. I want to let member be informed of what their trucks will be like if they do this or that to it. Having a consolidated thread for those gains with "X" mods, is the only way to do that. As well, it will dispel myths of products that claim to to something and actually do, or not.

This is not a thread to be turned into a flaming debate!!!

This is a thread to show what you have, tested what you have, and posted the results. Whether one product by its lonesome, or combined in whichever way the truck owner so pleases.

Wow cool thread mark!
Now we need a boosted dyno thread!

Lucario Runner 07-17-2012 09:36 PM

I'll get another dyno for my pro efi 128 and urd y before and after. The ems alone would be a good bench mark just of tuning alone. Also hopefully the powerband will shift to more desirable level after the Y pipe.

whippersnapper02 07-18-2012 09:58 AM

Cool thread but do you have any before and after intake runs? No other mods done just an intake.

MadToy 07-18-2012 10:15 AM

Does anyone have a base run with no mods on a DynoJet? Hard to tell what the mods may be adding without a base.

Torspd 07-18-2012 10:18 AM

I just posted in the Newly Released Airaid thread. Hopefully, whoever offers to me, their truck will be pretty much stock.

PowerFab's dyno is a DynoJet.

Torspd 07-18-2012 10:28 AM

On my phone, and cannot post the picture. Here is s link to a DynoJet base dyno on an FJ cruiser.

Very close to the mustang dyno.

Lucario Runner 07-18-2012 10:30 AM

We could test on my truck. I still have my stock air box. However I don't want to uninstall my other parts. Well thats my input anyway.

Torspd 07-18-2012 10:36 AM

If only your vehicle was manual. :/

Lucario Runner 07-18-2012 10:41 AM

how about we trade your t56 for my auto?:D

First post updated with graph from www.URDUSA.com with a base dyno and dyno after installation of their TCAI. INTAKE ONLY dyno as well as BASE on DYNOJET.

When I get the dyno done from a fellow Houston member, with his TRD Gen 1, I will post that as well.

Keep in mind while comparing dynos, that atmospheric conditions, fuel, and dyno correction factors play a huge role in the numbers.

The only way to really compare dyno sheets is by using the same vehicle, same fuel, and the same dyno. Ideally at the same time of day. The only variable being the mods you bolt on to that vehicle (before and after graphs like most of them are).
