Airflow is specifically made for 05+ Tacoma's, whereas the Safari is still only made for Hilux's and just modified for our trucks. You also don't have to get new sections of pipe, (or something or other, can't remember what else you have to get to make the Safari fit) so it's strictly a cut and bolt on install.

I'm going to get one once I get some more important stuff on the truck

No but its one of the last of the bigger items. I was leaning toward getting it now for performance gains since its basically a more awesome twist on a CAI.

I keep wondering, who is the guy who's in Leesburg who owns a blue 2wd tacoma. It has the same tires as a 4x4 but it's still lowered and has aftermarket custom fenders on the front and rear. It's pretty cool. I'm just wondering who it is because I see it in Leesburg everywhere I go.:D

Hey Mark, How much would you charge to build me a set? My inlaws are always playing it at their get togethers but they use these crappy old flimsy ones. I would be the hero if I came with a NICE corn hole set! Just curious if you ever thought of selling them?

:facepalm:Yes. I just dragged my feet on installing but finally did it a couple weeks ago. I also plastidipped my rear bumper white. Close match but not really...I think I will be redoing it black, just not sure when. I am a HUGE procrastinator. Hitch is great. I painted it flat black and it looks real nice...for a hitch that is.:D

Goal was 500/550 I can achieve that I have to put a different wastegate spring in so I can lower duty cycle on the boost solenoid. I'm at 18psi right now. An yes I had another issue blew the head gaskets out. I have to see if i can use mls gaskets with oringed heads an if so that's what I will do

I'm not being a dick. I live near Lake Jackson and they have been keeping the water level super low ever since the dam was going to bust. I haven't been over there recently but I believe that's still the case....just wanted to save you a trip.

Thanks! I don't know much about the waters around here other than Burke and Occoquan.

Same basic shit everybody else had 5 years ago.
I would be interested. I know everyone is spread out pretty good so I can only suggest places that are more local to me. Not sure if everyone can get on Quantico but what about Smith Lake or Breckenridge Reservoir. Outside of that there is Curtis. Aquia Creek is good also but I try to stay away from there on the weekends due to boat traffic.

I was looking at Smith lake last time, I ended up going into the creek there by the gas station on mainside, and it was nothing but lillies!

I think Smith lake would be good. The obstacles with base are access and base fishing license. I have access to Quantico also, so anyone who doesn't just needs to follow one of us. I got my fishing license from the PX but it's closed until like 9 or 10. So anyone know where else you can get it early morning?
