    Details about this Saturday run:
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/so...ablo-fish-creek-run-sat-22nd.html#post6144194

Sorry it is not going to be as gnarly as run as I had hoped, trying to be wise about things. We will hit up the original planned run as soon as I can get it together with another one or two of my buddies that are more familar with Pinyon Mtn. I dont want to lead guys into that area and end up tearing up their shit. I have not been thru there in years and never in a second gen. I know we can do it, I just want to be sure we pick the best lines.

Fair enough Tyler, as for picking the best lines I'm sure you have enough experience/skills (as I hope I do also) to make that decision on site, we'll check it out, weigh the "pro's" & "cons" & formulate a "go" or "no go" decision, it'll be "aight" as Leo says...:D

You thinking hitting Oriflame from Banner, go thru the gate (& leaving it as we found it) exit on S-2 , I think that trail is about 14 miles one way IIRC

Ya, that's the plan, right of banner at the banner store then out on S2. Then back in the dirt ti we hit split mtn.

Sorry to disappoint on the pinyon mtn part. Trying to be responsible, I don't want anyone hurt or too much damage. It is a real threat on that route. I know we can do it i just think its wise to take a little more experience with us. I must be getting old.....

Oh I agree, common sense should always prevail , when i was taking in groups of prerunners & we'd hit a questionable area i'd always try it first in 2wd locked like the prerunners to make sure it was doable, as for myself when faced with a hairball type obstacle I've already evaluated & chosen my line of approach before a single wheel is placed (besides you can make a correction here & there where applicable)

Oh, watch the "I must be getting old" comments sonny.....:p:)

If any prerunner guys wanted to join to do the first part of the run down to S2 they could. It's a piece if cake and very scenic.

I'm glad you did too Jason, that bike is badfuckinass dude !!! Super responsive, nimble & light, hauled my fat ass around just fine, I told Leo to give me an hour on it & I'd be doing 2 block wheelies with ease, damn, can't believe all the advancements they've made with 4 strokes over the last few years...

Congrats again Leo.....!! Just don't become tomorrows grease spot on the highway bro'....;):)

Perfect timing, so as most of you know I dont have health insurance any more cause they wanted over $600 per month (Just for me, not the wife!) I told them to stick it up their ass (Really, I did in a fax cancellation notice).

So recently I have been having migraines at the rate of 3x per week which are debilitating if you actually know what a migraine is and its symptoms (and no its not just a bd headache). I have been having about 3 mornings a week where I have spotty blotchy vision with red and blue flashing lines and cannot be exposed to any bright light. That lasts about 2-3 hours, then the headache comes....

Until recently I havent had the tingling like I used to with migraines, but about a week ago I felt it and it lasted for about 5 days where I could feel my feet and hands tingling, almost to the point where I had problems with dexterity. Also had a couple times where my balance almost made me feel as if I was dizzy and total loss of balance (vertigo like). Starting to wonder if I am having a neurological problem, scary to think of, but I was diagnosed with possible early term Multiple Sclerosis (due to a CAT scan I had for seizures I was having) about 6 years ago that I never followed up with due to money constraints, just hoping thats not the case.

Besides that BS I had a great time in Havasu and got to ride my dirtbike for a good 7 hours so that was awesome. Going to be entering in some off-road races this season so I can get back into it, for me there is nothing like off road motorcycle competition, thats the one thing that I am fairly good at and used to race professionally when I was younger, about 25 years younger actually...not quite as aggressive nowadays but a lot smarter and have much more technical ability and luckily still in very good physical shape except for the problems mentioned above.
