I just straighten my ifs skid out and rotated my tires only to find out that the balancing weights now rub the calipers! the faces people were giving me on the way to the store were priceless! :D

Balancing weights are over rated right?

I've had that happen to me before.... The people who balanced the wheels had a hard time with weight placement and so the stacked the weights. Are they wheels balanced with sticky weights on the inside only or are there weights on the outside of the rim as well?

Heck, I still get people looking at me as I drive by due to my drivers side wheel bearing needing replacement...Squeals like a son of a gun

All the weights are on the inside, I wouldn't let them puts weights on the outside of my purdy wheels! :) it's time for alignment and balance anyways....the weights on that wheel were pulling off anyways.

Ha...ha. I'm used to those looks by now. These were even worse though!

Dude, your store has a poor selection of metric hardware! You need to inform upper management that that needs to change! :)

    speaking of air intakes
does anyone have an intake for a first gen taco with the 3.4 that will pass smog? my buddy has a k&n cai but his sticker is supposedly one digit off and they won't pass him. He'll trade you straight across, just borrow for the day, or buy one off you. We already tried all the junkyards and stuff...
