Photochop looks nice, but getting a Gen 2 Taco that low is going to take some extreme measures!

I'd suggest 3M DiNoc on the hood and roof if your aiming for the carbon fiber look (w/o actually going carbon fiber).

Your truck looks kinda like my truck when it was born a couple months ago ;) Is it a 2012 or 2013?

NEVER HEAT - BIG NO NO. Cutting isn't as bad BUT don't go TOO far with it. I mean a coil is fine (this is excluding the dead spring).

peep the comprehensive lowering thread in this forum on how to lower your truck. :D

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
I really like this, its borderline too much. But its not too much, which makes it awesome. If i was going to drive a 2wd it would have to be yours. Or a classic mini truck 79-83 toyota.

Is it a supercharged 6spd too? if so, where do you live? exactly ;) lol

OP i like the photo hack pic, personaly coming from a whole bunch of lowered cars in the past, going lower than this awesome red one is really going to suck as a DD, especialy if you have less than perfect roads.

also, plasti dip has some metallic paint now.. whatever finish you choose, i would make the grill surround, hood, and roof like you showed color match perfect, it may be the pic but the grill looks to me a slight shade off and it throws it off.

Hacking a loop off the coil is a cheap and easy fix, but in the tuner world i dont remember any of my friends who were really happy long term with the results. Someone has to know where to source springs on here.

i like your grill from the angled shot, but from the front does it just not photograph well? it seems very open, im not sure how else to word it at the moment. Im very tired :)

What kind is it? the mesh reminds me of the inner grills on 4wd 82-83 yota's

I didn't know where to put this, cause I swear I remember there being specific color truck threads on here.

Anyways, I finally got my old mustan replicas I had on my explorer before. They barely fit with the tire I went with (lol 255/60/17).

I was thinking of lowering it about an inch, but I think that's gonna mess up the tire gap on the front which is pretty symmetrical all around.
