    Hi guys,

I've been searching and looking for a reputable lift shop in either the Ukiah area or Stockton area both within 60 mile radius. I plan on ordering OME 885 assembled w/o spacer and have a 1.5" AAL. I've asked the local dealer and they say they won't do it, stating that it would void the warranty (again I get mix message here on the board with that)....anyways I'm ready to pull the trigger on the lift, any input would help. thanks.

Its pretty easy to do yourself, especially if the shocks are already assembled! For the front remove 3 bolts on top and one on the bottom and replace with the new one. The rear's a little more involved but I've never done anything like that before! I read the sticky's from Chris 4x4 and was done in 3-4 hours...and that was taking my sweet ass time! Was fairly easy just had to use a little muscle at times to get things in place.....hell that was by myself and would be way easy with a second person.

I wish I was that savvy but knowing me I will probably hurt myself and more importantly my truck....i rather pay someone who knows what they are doing....

    That's fair!

What about other members in the area?

Yeah I was hoping to get some info from Nor Cal members or at least get pointed in the right direction.

Go to mod day. We can easily knock out that lift in under an hour.
