I just put my lift on last week, and took my truck to a family friend/ mechanic to get aligned. When I picked it up, he said there was no way to adjust the camber or caster... Is this b.s.? Here's the sheet he gave me:

Do you think I'm going to wear out my tires with it out of spec that much?

With +1.4 deg of camber, the tires will see faster outer shoulder wear than normal, but probably no worse compared to those German SUVs, which run a lot of negative camber from the factory:

If you don't want to replace the seized alignment cams, you'll have to religiously rotate the tires front-back at every oil change to slow down the wear.

Thanks guys. Would you recommend replacing the cams then? I was planning on getting 33's soon but I don't want to spend the money on new tires if I'm just going to wear them prematurely

Yes. Moog sells cams with a greasing channel, so you can grease up the new cams on installation and periodically pump in more grease, to prevent seizures in the future.
