Bought a 08 Taco....LOVE IT ...now i want to make it better

Currently my truck is NOT leveled and i want to take care of it the proper way.
I do not want to put in spacers i want to put in adjustable shocks and level the sucker...perhaps even lift it a bit.

I am leaning towards Bilstein 5100 and OME 885 Coils.

Do needs to upgrade the upper control arms?
Do I need to do a diff drop?

What else do I NEED to do!?

    Thanks guys!!

    Cheers!

Do needs to upgrade the upper control arms? Anything over 2.5", yes
Do I need to do a diff drop? No.

What else do I NEED to do!? Plan on lifting the rear? New leaf pack etc

Will the lift not affect the angle on the CVs and the boots if i dont do a diff drop?

why is there so much confusion on diff drops on forums when doing a lift?

Have you had to replace your CV's since your lift yet? (I saw your build.....looks dope!)

I am looking at something similar to yours...

You get wobbles on the highway?

P.S I saw the link you posted......gnarly! The guy took it rather well considering the damage...

(I saw your build.....looks dope!) Thanks man

You get wobbles on the highway? No wobbles. Highly recommend the Carrier Bearing drop kit in case you do get wobbles. I just installed it right away to avoid them and never had any issues since.
