Did the turn seatbelt chime off mod today on my '11. Worked like a charm! No more annoying ding, ding ding ding. Thanks for the info!

 

And so it begins...

 

Installed a 'catch can' in the PCV hose about a month ago. Checked it today, and saw that the 'can' only held about 1/2 teaspoon of 'blow-by' crud. Doesn't seem to be worth it, so I removed it for now.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

The never ending list of mods. It starts with disabling the seat belt warning chime. Ask how I know.

 

LOL, yep. I started reading and now I can't stop modding!! Its like a sickness now...

Just did this on my 09 DCLB TRD Sport Prerunner. Works great, except that the left wire to splice onto at the DTRL is YELLOW, and the right is GREEN. Other than that, looks good. An additional benny is that when the four-way flashers are on, the front alternates turn lights to parking lights. That'll get someone's attention! One downside to my work: while I stepped away from the truck, my garage door came down on the front trim piece just above the grill. Left 12 scratches in the paint. Was able to rub all but the two deepest out. Will work on it more tomorrow.

 

I have run into the same problem. Not literal.
But no one see your turn signal. Can't wait to try this.

 

Does this work on 2013?
(since it says 2008 only....)

 

Would I be able to fit a 285/70/17 on my stock 2009 dbl cab?
