I have a 2011 ac 4x4 4cy; 5speed tacoma. Im wanting to buy a 74"x10ft alum trailer. it says overall width on it is a touch over 80 inches. Does anyone have a pic from the front of their tacoma with a 6ft wide trailer? Wanting to see how much it hangs past the side of the truck.

i used to tow a 6x10 enclosed with my first generation. If I remember right, the truck was as wide as the 6' part and the wheel wells of the trailer were outside of it (about 6-8" on each side). Keep in mind the 2nd generations are much larger than the 1st generation so it should only be a couple inches on each side. The Tacoma and a 6x10 trailer are a great combo. The can fit width and length wise in a pair of front to back parking spots at a store or gas station.

My 8' wide (101") snowmobile trailer stuck out on the sides of my tacoma.
My 6' wide 6x10 landscape trailer did not.

Toyota specs show your Tacoma at 74 inches in width. So, 3 inches each side, you should be able to see it in your mirrors.

Definitely not a lot because I seen a pretacoma with a 6x10 and it doesn't stick out that much so since the 2005+ Tacoma is wider it should be fine
