No tow package - Aftermarket oil cooler?

I have a 2014 DCSB 4x4 without the tow package. It's a 6spd so obviously no auto transmission cooler needed, but what are your thoughts on after-market oil coolers like these?

Any benefits besides towing? It gets hot here in Texas during the summer, so maybe for offroading?

If its not an auto, no point in adding a cooler.

Those are good for air cooled off-road vehicles, but are way overkill for conventional vehicles.

Even the Toyota factory cooler on the V6 tow-package trucks is just a "donut" mounted under the oil filter that uses engine coolant to cool the oil.
