Suggestions for a hitch mounted folding cargo carrier?

Does anyone have a recommendation on brand and where to purchase a hitch mounted folding cargo carrier? By the time we load our 4 month old baby boy and his gear in the back of our DC for a weekend trip to see grandparents, pack our two large dogs in their kennels in the bed, we're running out of room for our suitcases, etc. I was thinking about buying a hitch mounted folding cargo carrier to set our suitcases on, etc. Anyone have any experience with one of these? Here is a pic of one.

I have only used them once, on the front of a Durango. They hold things fairly well, but are limited in their weight capacity. From what I have seen, it really is a case of getting what you pay for, so spend the extra few dollars for a nice, name brand one that won't leave your luggage spread all over the highway

 

find a deal on craigslist, maybe?

 

I've seen some with 500lb capacity, so that would be fine for me.

Been looking there, but no luck yet...
