9340 lb cross country tow

I just made my second cross country trek, this time with my '09 TRD 4X4 DC while pulling a tow dolley'd Nissan Maxima bursting with household goods. Total weight of the truck, dolley, Maxima, packed items in car and bed, girlfriend, and dog - 9340 lbs total. For those of you who don't know, the V6 tow package weight limit of tow is 6500 lbs, so my tow was 5100 lbs..... Went from San Diego to Albany, NY in 5 days. Tacoma did GREAT, pulled all the weight behind us and in the bed with no problem.

 

I thought the limit was 6500 lbs?

 

6500 in addition to the truck, i think the op included the weight of the truck.
