This item was originally an aluminum Intake Manifold Spacer; I have since provided a means for mounting the LCE 4-port 3RZ Super Charger (SC).

You can still use just as a spacer.

The 3RZ utilizes a 4-rib serpentine belt and the 2TR utilizes a 7-rib belt, thus installation of a 3RZ SC is not a simple bolt on mod; selection and fitment of the SC pulley is required.

I can't believe more people aren't talking about this. This is awesome man. I've recently fell in love with the idea of somehow putting individual throttle bodies on the 2tr-fe. I have no idea of going about it though. Keep up the good work

 

Will this work w/o a supercharger until I get one?

 

Yes, will be a spacer until you want to mount a supercharger

 

How does this differ from the one @tjhall36 made duplicating to others original design? Srry for the questions... but I have lots more

 

I can’t fault the guy, Tooter stopped making his- maybe he could have made it a different thickness to differentiate it? This one is a little thicker, and obviously allows for attaching a 3RZ supercharger.

 

How thick? Tooters & @tjhall36 are both 2"

 

Basically, I was on the list to get a Tooter spacer, but he never made the last batch. I wasn't interested in changing the original design, nor mounting a s/c, so I just kept it the same. You're achieving about 125 rpm reduction in torque per inch of spacer, an additional 10mm won't be much difference IMO.

 

2" (approx. 50mm) vs 60mm.

 

Right on, I understand completely. Everyone else wouldn’t know we spoke about making an aluminum one for me for other purposes but the design wouldn’t work for my needs- thus this.
