bushwacker pocket style. The only difference is I colormatched the bolts. I hear they come preassembled now, which if your not colormatching the bolts, is wonderful... putting all those fucking bolts in was a huge PITA

It looks good man! For some reason they look wider than stock, which I like.

Do you have some close ups of how and where you trimmed the Bushwackers? I'm within days of new tires and will need to make room.

Random question, does anyone run separate shocks in front and back? Is it not advised?

I ask cause at some point I'd like to get rid of my procomp lift because it rides so stiff, even after 30k miles and a new front bumper, it still feels every single bump. But I don't know if my budget would allow for a full lift overhaul, so I thought at least buying new front shocks and coils might help, but wasn't sure if it's advised to run different shocks front and rear.

Yeah, there was a thread which was bashing on the misleading advertising of how far out they stick. And it is true. You don't get a whole lot more coverage, but you do get some, and some is better than stock imo

just looked at em. They look a tad different in shape, and texture, but other than that they look just like bushwackers.

I'm running 5100's up front and OME N182 nitrochargers in the rear. I will say, they work well together. There's nothing wrong with running different shocks front and rear unless you are ocd about that kind of thing.

Are 885 OME coils or eibach coils better? Headstrong has both and bilstein shocks for $350

I have the 885x's with 5100's and I love them. The OME coils are 580# (I think) and the Eibachs are 620#. The OME's are a longer coil though so you wouldn't have to pre-load to get more lift. The 885's with my Double cab only gave about 2.5" of lift without spacers though, so you may want to step it up to 886's with the bumper.

Yeah I'm reading a lot of threads right now. If I do the 886 everything says I need to get the actual ome shocks too.

ah, that's true. I didn't think of that. haha I've got the 885's and my 5100's set on 0. I got 2.75 on my passenger side and 2.5 on the driver's.. I didn't get the spacer though so I have a tiny bit of lean.
