The first step to installing these is to unhook your change catcher on your stock seat covers. http://www.wetokole.com/mm5/instructions/change-catcher-skirt.pdf

(ok, technically the first step is to remove the head rest) Reach up under the back of your seat and you will feel elastic bands that come off the change catcher skirt. Follow them with your fingers and you will feel the two plastic clips that need to be popped off to release the skirt. There is one clip on the left and one on the right.

I folded my change catcher up like the pictures in the PDF linked above. Then pull the seat cover down over the change catcher flap. This allows you to tuck the front parts of the seat cushion and seat back flaps all the way through the seat to the rear. Then you can fasten the velcro that connects the front and rear sides of the seat back cover.

It really is easiest to remove the 4 bolts that hold down the front seat and tip the seats back. No need to remove the seats from the truck. With the seat tipped back you can route the straps better and you can tuck all the loose strap ends up under the springs.

I really like these covers. :D

Just got mine yesterday. Installed today. Took roughly an hour and a half. Thanks!

On another note, does that rear coin flap just stay tucked up between the seat back and WO seat cover?

    Looks great!

Yes. It either stays folded out and up between the stock seat cover and the Wet Okole cover OR you can bend it and shove it between the seat back and the stock seat cover.
    http://www.wetokole.com/mm5/instructions/change-catcher-option-2.pdf

They state option #2 may void the the manufacturer warranty but I have no idea why. I'll leave mine folded out and up under the wet okole cover and decided later if I want to go for option #2.

Got mine in today, and while they look great I'm not happy with the fit. They seem to feel loose, didn't I read somewhere that they would "mold" to the seats after a while? And I'm really not happy with the bulge from having the change catcher just sitting between the OE seats and WO covers. Figured there would be a better way for that..... As far as install, I removed the seats... Only did the driver seat yesterday, doing the passenger and rear seats this morning. I'll post pics when I'm done.

edit: Installed the passenger side, it was a whole lot easier and looks a lot better. Not sure why though, I did everything the same.... After taking a drive I do love the way they feel but still don't like that "loose" feeling. Hoping they tighten up so they feel factory.

I don't believe you were on the list to begin with so you wouldn't have been eligible for the discount. Welcome to TW though. (I now see you joined in 2013. Lurk much? lol)

They have the sales a couple times a year I believe. You can search the Group Buys section and see the past sales and when they occurred. Keep an eye out for the next one.

Installed mine yesterday...very pleased. Took about 1.5hrs to install...like others have said much easier to unbolt front seats.
One question: Will the area where you lean back onto the front seats eventually mold to the seat? Currently there is a little gap between the seat and cover. Not a big deal if it doesn't.

Ordered on March 10 and today the package was delivered (a few day delay clearing customs to get in to Canada). I selected the charcoal interior with the logo on the front bucket seats. The logo is better quality than I expected, I had visions of a silk screen but the branding has some sturdiness to it so I'm glad I splurged for the upgrade.

The charcoal wasn't "too light" and matches the rest of the interior well. Past threads recommended charcoal over light grey so I'm glad I follow suit. Overall I'm very satisfied with the covers. This was a bit of an upfront cost but the covers feel very durable and the support of Wet Okole is great (I had an issue with a rip in my head rest cover while installing and they are sending me a replacement).

Like others have noticed the covers feel a bit loose in some spots but I will leave it for now to see how the material settles in the coming weeks. I find the seats are a little challenging to reposition with the metal grab bar under the seat not getting fully depressed because of the covers so I will reassess that in a few weeks too.

Installing the front covers was made easier by removing them from the truck. I had to reposition a buckle after the seats were installed and that was annoying for a one minute job, so credit to anyone that installs with the seats installed.

I also got a half sheet of black fabric which I used to replace the fabric following the armrest mod thread, you can see it in the fourth picture below.

Thanks for organizing the group buy Idaho, this was great and makes the truck interior look brand new.

So approximately what was the total cost for front and back row for a double cab?

Also, any idea on when the next group buy will be? I'm guessing just when someone wants to organize another?

    Just a grocery getter

It was about 450 depending on features but by far the best seat covers. My brothers had his for years and his dog gets in and out. No holes. No wear. They look brand new just with dog hair haha

I've never looked into them deeply, as I just bought my new Tacoma a couple weeks ago. (Had a 2x2 for a year but knew I was going to trade in for a 4x4 soon so didn't do any mods).

That's a LOT of money for just seat covers though! I thought they were more in the $250 range. Appears they're the most popular option though, I wish I could see some installed in person before I drop that kind of money.

I'm in Knoxville, which is about 2 hours from fontana/robinsville. A little far for me to drive just to see some seat covers haha, but if you happen to make it any closer to Knoxville let me know!

How did you manage to get the passenger side bottom portion so flush against the plastic?

I still have a bit hanging in the front and it's annoying as hell. Same goes for the drivers side, but it's not nearly as noticable. I can post some pics if you would like.

There's a screw on the backside of the seat that hold the side plastic pieces on. There's also a snap clip in the middle. Remove the screw, pop the clip and pull the seat cover down. Reinstall the clip and screw, good to go. :D
