The same shit everyone else has.
Today I trimmed another 2" off the front mudflaps. I also removed the rear 4x4 script mudflaps and replaced them with blank ones off of a Pre Runner. But before I installed them, I trimmed 3" off of them to make them match the fronts.

New on the left, old on the right

Yes. The ones that are about 16" long. Instead of bending the inner fender like most do to remove the bolt, I plan on cutting the head off the bolt so itll slide out the back side. Then I can install the new ones backward from how the OEM is installed. Id rather spend the 20$ to do it right vs bending/hacking up a $30k truck.

Thats how I put my UCAS on, passenger side was really easy, but driverside is difficult either way. Even from the back because of some lines, possibly fuel or brake lines. Also people on here say putting them on from the back is bad because it could unbolt and slide of...so I bought some extra nuts and double nutted them, has been fine

Very nice. The 1st weekend I had nine I painted the 6 Torx bolts & 2 fwd ties W/Rustoleum flat black. I didn't like the way they stood out against the bed liner.

Thanks for the idea! I never really noticed them until I took that picture last night.

The swing cases are awesome! Lots of room, and a removable smaller tray that sits at the top of the case. I have both, but they sent me two passenger side brackets and no drivers side, so have to deal with that now...

Yep. Im not worried about them backing off with Locktite and proper torquing. Using a jam nut isnt a bad idea either

Exactly and exactly what I used. Blue loctite and double/jam nut. Some will say use red blah blah blah, whatever. I check it routinely
