That happened to me when I got my truck aligned after the lift kit.. Apparently the shop accidentally pulled the sensor or something. I ended up getting a new speed sensor and the lights went away

Haha, I would say it's a more mild than beast mode chop. At this point I'm going to find the wheels and tire combo I like and look at where I stand on clearance/rubbing problems. I do like the wheels I have now but they are 0 offset and 4.5" bs... Shooting for a neg offset and 4" bs.

What has caught my eye is fellas that have what I guess is supposed to look like bead locked? And they are usually color matched or painted red on the bead lock circular part. Haven't started researching yet but anyone know some good brands or builds that they can throw my way?

I'm also thinking about going down to 16s w/35s for that more tire sidewall smaller rim look. Any issues with that please advise.

If one was to put the cash towards dressing up the removal of the front flares.. What would be done? Bondo + professional paint?

Buying 5 lug fenders (they don't have fender flares) and cut em. Then put some edge trim on the cut. Will look the same as professional paint and bondo.

May be cheaper. May not. Depends where you are and how resourceful you are.

All four fenders come with no flares?! I feel like I've heard of this. Anyone got any quick pics? I'll search tomorrow.

If this is as costly as aftermarket fenders I'd go that route, if I could find a set that didn't look too much more bulky than stock.

There are many 5 lug trucks with fender flares. So not all are without, no.

    Double cabs anyway.

EDIT: Just saw this was already posted above. Still my suggestion though.

I would just do what I did. Cheap, simple and looks good. I need to touch them up though.

Not sure if you're long bed or short bed but access cabs and single cab 5 lugs can come from the factory with no fender flares. uploadfromtaptalk1434339652714.jpg

Same fenders as ours just without the fender flares and holes. So no bondo or paint work. Just cut em and done.

Definitely the route I'd go. Would look cleanest. However plugging the holes doesn't look bad either!

Making the tire stick out more means more trimming. It will bring the tire closer to the cab mount, fender and firewall when you turn.

I had the same issue, started after I bottomed out the front end hard, slapped the front skid at like 50. An alignment fixed it

Well Bob Saget.. It's hard to visualize in my head. I'm just going to crank the wheel all the way and look at it.

with 35s, an issue you first need to overcome is having the tire out enough to clear the UCA

after that, you can cut and beat the firewall and cab mount to fit the rest :D
