I would love to know what you did for mounting the 40". I have a 42" curved which measures closer to 41" end to end. That I would like to put on. Thanks

The mount I have is from bobberbill here on TW. It's meant for straight bars, which is what I have, but I'm sure something can be done with it to fit a curved bar. I don't have a close up of it, but all it is is just a straight round metal pole in between two mounts. Real simple, but I drilled through the round tube and used the supplied brackets to mount it. It pretty damn sturdy and hasn't moved even with me dicking around offroading.

Looks like he's not making them anymore, but there's always someone making something that you can use. Maybe even someone local can fab something up for you.

At the time, this was the cheapest route for me at $150. Now I'm sure you'd be spending less, but I'm not in the market for one, so my research is done. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Still working on my upgrades, only thing I've done is install a black brush guard.
I've gotta see when this beast is lit up! Really want to move towards this type of setup.

I added my reverse flush mount pods about a month ago. I didn't like how they were angled down so I modified the bumper to make them a little more vertical. Still bright as hell but not so much light facing down when I look through the reverse camera. I don't have a finished pic but here's in the middle of the process. I wound up spraying the whole bumper with bed liner because I got tired toward the end and didn't want to spend more time getting it looking perfect for spray paint.

Digging the setups. In debating on a 51" or 40" for the roof.

~50-52" seems to be the length of choice amongst other members here for the 2nd gens. ~40-42" for first gens.

Thanks, sounds like I'll go for the wider of the widths. I don't need lighting that often, but it sure blows when I could really use it and not have it.

I held off on any mods for when the truck was paid off. Which will be in 4 months, so now I can start really digging into the kind of setup I want my truck to be.

52" led bar with a pair of modified Relentless Fabrications brackets that was intended for a 50" bar. This bar alone was bright enough to make closing the motocross track in the middle of the desert at night look like daylight, but once I got my 2 bars wired together; it's insane!

People knock the LED bars you can buy on Amazon, but both of these bars are bright as hell and my first bar has never let me down. They might not be as bright as a Rigid bar, and you may have to seal them to ensure water doesn't get into them. 200 bucks for both you really can't go wrong though, especially if you're a weekend warrior and if you buy from a reputable dealer who is willing to stand behind their bars.

I apologize for my possible ignorance as well as the possibility that this has been asked and answered several times already, BUT, is it legal to drive on plain ol' roads with these LED bars?
I know I will have to research laws in my area but just looking for a place to start doing that.

Anybody have any input on lightbars with mixed leds? This specific 40" bar has a combo beam with 20° flood and 10° Spot @ 192W (12 - 10W Cree LED & 24 - 3W Cree LED)

    SAS, 40s, and some armor.

I've got a couple bars with 10w Cree's and they are very bright.

Ive seen these before but no one that's bought one. Not sure how they'd do. I've got the vision x evo prime clones and they are awesome. But they utilize different reflectors unlike the one you listed. Even for the spot pattern there's a specially designed lens that sits in front of the reflector to help focus the light. And the floods have a diffused lens. And I'm talking about the lens, not just the reflector. The one you listed just has open lenses. Not saying anything with that, just stating some facts. I would assume it'd be just fine and bright. Just not sure their reasoning behind that. If the outside 3watt reflectors are floods, then that would probly be a good pattern. The smaller reflectors seem to have a good spread on them, but the distance will be lacking. So your spread pattern between the 10 watt and 3 watt might not blend together. As in you might experience some hot spots. Kinda like having a single 10 watt spot bar with some small flood bars on the outside. I just don't see it being an effective design. With mine they have the deeper reflectors with the diffused lens so I would think they would throw a farther flood pattern than the 3 watts. So along with the centers being spots, my spread is seamless and absolutely no hot spots. Just a shit ton of light and a lot of spill which makes it all blend together nicely. Most of the 3 watt bars don't really have a lot of spill. Just a focused light at different beam patterns. But those are just my thoughts anyways. I'm certainly no expert. But if it were me, I'd get one like the vision x clone.

What's the price and lumens rating on that one you listed?

Thanks for the insight. The price is $253 free shipping (from China) and they say 22000 lumens on their website.

I'm sure you've listed a link in here to yours, but can you pm me a link to the vision x clone you're referring to. Thanks.
