    just a few things.
    If I order the Baja kit do I need any additional parts from dealer/ site to complete the installation. I have a 2011 OR ac with 3 leaf. How can I get another from dealer I don't think the tsb applies for my truck. My taco is still under factory warranty with 18k, so I think Baja is the best option for me right now. I see people adding spacers/ shims to the front and leafs in the back is that necessary? And a steel braided line? With Baja suspension do you guys think if I add the hidden winch from us off-road it will cause the front to sag.

    Ps. Sorry if the question is has already been answered didn't read the entire thread. I've been searching / reading a little about suspension. This is my first Tacoma and just picked it up last week and I want to order my suspension soon. Already got the grey fake beadlock rims new from dealer. Just need the suspension. Hopefully someone can answer my question or point me in the right direction.

    A TRD OR built into a Baja/PRO hybrid

    The Pro's have a rubberized hose over the braided line, like heat-shrink tubing or something. Possibly to fend off corrosion.

    Clean them (mild hydrochloric acid solution w/ H2O) then rust proof with Fluid Film.They're bare aluminum so they'll oxidize and take in dirt over time.

    Something like this

    Works great on bare metal surfaces. That stuff will even make your exhaust piping look like new.

    You don't need to add anything. The kit has all you need. Anything else is preference to get the truck looking/hauling more like you want. I doubt you'd get significant sag up front from adding a hidden winch mount with winch. If so you can always upgrade to the 700lb springs.

    Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
    So as an update I have 5k on my pro now. Most of the time it has been dirty..

    No rust yet!

    Warn winch, body armor rear bumper, 2x yellow top optima, color matched wheel bead, weather tech mats, ams oil everywhere, De-badged, hard wired radar detector, rear diff. breather extension, k+n, fog light any time, trailer wiring relocate, iridium plugs, LED grill marker lights,
    i like the hidden winch with light suspention, bc it puts the weight farther back. it doesn't have as much leverage as it would if it were hanging way off the front. and the winch seems to be protected better!

    Got my Baja suspension assembled and installed on the front. All new parts. :D
    Now to get my Camburg UCA's installed. Any local experts want to do it for me?

    Finished up the UCA's today. This was a picture I snapped before the rains came. I finished it later in the day and took it for a ride. Going to put some more miles on it before I get an alignment. Front sitting at 37", and the rear sitting at 37 3/4" with Wheeler 5 leaf HD with TX Baja suspension (ground to fender measurement).

    Not sure what the stock rake was, but I'm happy with it so far.

    Kit is on the way!! now my question i have is i want to put the icon aal. Should i try to get a factory 4 leaf pack or just slap the aal on the factory 3 leaf pack i have on. it does look like its straight. not really frowning yet. i dont carry that much weight in the back.
    also where is a good site to order those?

    I ordered my Icon AAL from the same place that I bought the Baja kit above, just to make it easy with one shipment for everything.

    The 2 leaf plus overload pack is garbage. If you can swing it I would replace it. If you had to buy the 3 plus overload pack, I would just get a proper aftermarket pack from the beginning. Toytec sells a 2" BOSS leaf pack, but they are not cheap. OME ones will be too much lift for what you are going to run in the front. I like the 3 leaf progressive AAL on the 3 plus overload pack, it rides very well and only lifts 1.5" which is a great looking combo with the front Baja lift.

    ahh ok thanks for the info. maybe i can find one someone that is dumping/replaced it around my area. The 3 leaf progressive AAL is the one made by icon? and the 3 plus overload pack is the oem pack for 2012 and up correct? just want to make sure.

    Correct.

    3 leaf plus overload is the OEM pack (some people call this the 4 leaf, some people call it a 3 leaf, I like to say 3 + overload to be clear). It may be in pre-2012 models with the tow package, though I'm not certain.
    3 leaf progressive AAL is available from Icon/Toytec/Wheelers, and are supposedly all the same product just sold under different names.
