    Hi Guys,

I just moved up here to the area and the wife says the car is now officially a toaster oven. I was going to wait on tinting until later, but the sunshine and altitude seem to have a magnifying effect and she's made it clear we need to get this fixed. Any recommendations on a reputable tint shop in the area? I need to get a 2007 Camry done for sure, and maybe my Taco eventually.

    Thanks,

    Eazy

I've had him tint my last several vehicles. Tell him Jeremy sent you and maybe he'll charge you a little more for the opportunity of knowing me.

Pro tip: Get the windshield tinted too. Use a light tint (~50%) and you will NEVER own a car w/o it again. Seriously, it's that good.

Awesome, thanks for the recommendation. I'll definitely look at the windshield tint. I haven't even had time to figure out what's legal in CO yet so I'll sit down and do some research.

I used http://manhattanautospa.com/ in FtC for my BMW. They put the darkest legal on the back windshield, and something a little lighter (but still pretty darn dark) on the sides. It looks great and has held up well (after 4 years).

Welcome to TW CO, where we do the work so you don't have to: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/colorado-b-s-thread.131441/page-3710#post-10177781 and the discussion runs several pages - some before and well after that to

I went to a place in Lafayette (on a recommendation) to have mine done the way I wanted. Tried a place here but while the quality/service was great, it just didn't look like it had been tinted at all when it was done. I'll have to keep Ostrichsak's recommendation in mind, as after eight years it's probably fading a bit and definitely has gotten some scratches from transporting things.

Hey guys, thanks again for all the help. I put a call and text in to Zach, but never heard anything and ended up going with Manhattan. Great recommendation. Great guys, great shop, and did really solid work. I also went with details on both cars to clean up from the cross country drive and they gave me a discount on everything. Really happy with them and I'm sure I'll go back for detailing once a year or so.

Eric over at Preferred Window tint in FC is also a really good option- he does the dealer-sold tinting for Pedersen Toyota. 970.581.2313
