Grey overhead console with working compass and temp that fits in an 05-08 Tacoma.
Console is used but in great shape
    Temp sensor is included.
I do not have any of the wiring harness.

Asking $175.00 shipped within the cont. US.

I am not sure, but I think most Tacomas (05-08) come prewired for this. Do you know if this is true? I have an 08. Do you know what wires I should look for? I am interested in getting this if my truck is already wired.

Do you know if the 08's are prewired? I am interested in getting this if so.

Arrgghhhhh - when is someone going to put up one that works with an 09/10

Most should be prewired but I think the more base models may not be.

    Good luck with the sale!

From what I understand the 6 lug tacomas are prewired and the 5 lugs maybe wired.

The male plug for the sensor (if prewired) would be under the upper tie bar of the core support in the area behind the drivers headlight.
Some have found them taped to the underside of the core support while others have stated the wire was just hanging.

The sensor mounts to the hood latch support just in front of the a/c condensor.

Do a search, there was a thread with pictures on here.

Is that a release button or a Homelink (Garage Opener) behind the temperature readout? If Homelink, do you provide instructions on how to set to opener?
