Damn wish I had the legit tow package. A trans cooler would be really nice.

Yeah I couldn't imagine what the trucks without the tow pkg run for trans temps. It has to be pretty high when coming through the mtns. My taco was doing great though keeping up with traffic in the left lane so I wasn't stuck with all the 18wheelers in the right lane with Flasher's on creeping there way up.

Spent most my weekend installing three extra cameras for crawling (one front and two undercarriage) that display through the Entune display. A lot of work, but it turned out fantastic.

No problem... I probably should have taken a few additional pictures along the way, but it's hard to pause once you start and want to just trudge along to the finish line.

Heck no. The cameras are aluminum housed and have a glass plate in front of the lens. Fully submersible. A spay bottle of water may always be handy, but I'm not worried about mud.

Did a simple mod today and turned into one of my favorite things I've done to the truck. Simple, cheap, and multifunctional... So clean it seems it should come stock.

    First off here's the link - https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00T7TTK6K/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I wanted to add some always hot power outlets on the backside of my center console as I've seen on @JLink 's build. I got the how to information from him and went on Amazon to get a power outlet or two. I came across the outlet set including the volt meter and thought it was a good option. Now that it's installed turned out to be a great option! There's now additional charging ports for any device all the time, future outlet for fridge/freezer, and all along the way I can monitor how the truck battery is doing. Here's the install photo dump

    Yes.
Today I did Arts and Crafts and build a prototype back seat grab handle.

Used my Third and fourth hand to hold the core
    [IMG]

Here my Prototype is completed. The final version will be about 3" longer overall and won't require the carabiners.

Here it's installed on the truck. Sorry for the Potato quality image, it's night time now.

X2 Where'd you tap the power on those outlets?

I want to put in some of those to charge a laptop or power stuff if ever needed.
