Led Hood light brackets?

Can anyone give me feedback on the best design they have or would recommend for the led hood light brackets ?? I've seen CBI and others but decide on the best one- I want one that is sturdy and doesn't contact the hood or windshield when opening or off roading ? Thanks!

I have Famous Fabrication brackets. Not sure if he makes them anymore but I am really satisfied with mine.

Just curious- what is wrong with the CBI ones?

 

Nothing really I just like how yours tuck closer and not stick outside the edge of the hood plus your mount to the hood bolts and open up with the hood vs bolting differently stationary and not opening with the hood..

 

I see. I was also going to recommend you check out Cali Raised LED but it appears his design is similar to the CBI one.

I'm sure there are others on here but they're not coming to me off the top of my head. Perhaps a search of "Tacoma ditch light brackets" on Google or Tacomaworld may yield better results.

CBI ones are well made. I had no issues with the fit or construction. The height was a benefit vs a lower design. That being said I never liked the light I got from the location. It bounced off the hood or sides of the truck unless they were focused perpendicular to the length of the truck. The lower profile versions would be even worse. I think ditch lights are more of a looks thing. I never saw the practical side of them.

 

There are my Ditch Brackets by Dwreck. No cutting or mods needed. Put Rigid Duallys on them in Flood Light. Put the on/off switch in the console.
