2009+ have the console. I unbolted the console and what you see is what is left over. There is a little gap between the storage doors, but I put things back there so it's covered anyways. The storage bins are still usefull, hold straps and I have a flat surface when needed.

Everyone who as looked back there has said it is much more functional now and doesn't look bad. If someone had to squeeze back there for a quick ride they usually have to turn sideways a little to fit. Having the console there makes this impossible and having it removed keeps clear for legs.....not that this is a huge reason for this or anything. I have even thought of removing the seat just behind me to give me more space. I can't see trying to fit two people back there...only 1 reasonably.

    Truck looks good.
How did you remove the headrests on your rear seats?
I have a 2010 A/C, and want to take the headrests out. The center storage bin is taking the trip also.

Used this as a guide and the one from TN. It's tight with the fingers and tools but not as hard as it was made out to be. Just go slow as always.

Yes I have the paint and silicone. May have to wait for spring. Have the URD short throw shifter to install before it gets cold and want to spread the mods out a bit.

Nice work on the back of the A/C........appreciate you sharing your efforts and the results! Nice looking truck, by the way. I just got mine (same color) a week ago today!

Haven't had the opportunity to see if the console is really a pain, but I will sure keep your efforts in mind.

    Have a great Thanksgiving!

Leaps and bounds over stock with wet traction. More for the long highway trips. I haven't noticed a drop in mpg even with little wider tire which I assume might be 1-2lbs heavier. Not sure stock dunlop weight.
